We are a Network of Kettlebell Lifting Clubs representing the Core Values and Merits of Kettlebell Lifting throughout the World. Joining forces with the top Coaches, Athletes, and Organizations, we have opened the doors to a New Era in Kettlebell Lifting, now reaching around the Globe to promote Stronger Mind, Spirit and Body for all Humans. It is our collective opinion and experience that nothing can foster human potential better, faster or more widespread than Kettlebells.

Men, Women, Youths and Seniors alike for hundreds (if not thousands) of years have had countless stories of success attributed to the Kettlebell. There has been a Cloud of Secrecy plaguing the spread of Kettlebell Lifting for the last 50 or more years. By unveiling these Secrets, through proper instruction of the exercises, we strive to make the power of the Kettlebell available to the willing Masses of our Planet Earth.
